Echo is an easy-to-use back-office system for the Service Management industry, which was designed specifically to compliment the iDMobile PDA application, but which can also be used as a stand-alone application.

Echo is a database with a Windows interface which allows you to store your customer information, including details of jobs and site visits.

When used alongside a set of PDAs using iDMobile PDA software, Echo becomes a very effective tool in reducing paperwork and improving efficiency, and is actually proven to significantly reduce administration costs (see our case studies for details).
