Implementation

Like most software projects, the implementation of your new eCommerce solution is key to success.

From the initial consultancy through to the site build, launch and training, our experienced team will guide you every step of the way, making use of the latest online project planning tools to ensure that everyone understands what stage of the process has been reached

Hosting

Your eCommerce site needs to be hosted on a Web server which has a high-speed connection to the Internet and is up-and-running 24/7. Owning such a server can be expensive and requires technical knowledge to maintain.

iDynamics can host your website on one of our e-Commerce servers or, for the more performance-demanding systems, we can offer a dedicated server hosting service. We have secure and scalable hosting facilities at our data centre located within Harbour Exchange in London's Docklands.

Secure Trading Environment

Let iDynamics protect your online data transactions by implementing industry-recommended Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates on your site. These annually renewable certificates provide you with the security of knowing that your data is not being exposed to undesirable sources, whilst providing your customers with the visual assurance of the browser security padlock and 1024-bit data encryption.

At iDynamics, we believe your success is our success, so we are committed to providing the highest quality support to our customers.

You can log a support issue at any time using our e-mail support address or, if you prefer to speak to someone in person, you can contact us by telephone. Calls are charged at the standard UK rate, not premium rates, and there is no queuing system. You get straight through to a member of the support team as soon as the call is answered. Support is offered within normal UK business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
