Managing The Project

 

Implementation

The implementation of iDMobile is key to success. Our experienced team will guide you every step of the way, making use of the latest online project planning tools to ensure that everyone understands what stage of the process has been reached.

Every project is different, but below we outline the typical stages in the implementation process.

Consultancy

The first stage normally involves some consultancy in order to plan the route ahead. Our consultants will spend time at your site examining your business processes so that we can define exactly how the solution is going to function, its overall appearance and the layout and content of each screen. That way we ensure the system fits the way you work which, in turn, will make implementation easier for you and your staff.

Installation

Your system will only be installed once it has been fully tested in a demonstration environment. A member of our technical team will visit your site to create the link between your back-office system and our server to enable information to be sent and received between the two.

Training

Our training programmes are designed to ensure that you and your staff realise the full benefits of using iDMobile as quickly as possible. Many staff are concerned when a new computer system is being installed, so our job is to show them that iDMobile will make their lives easier, not harder.

Our customised training programme is specifically designed to introduce your staff to the functionality of the solution in the most productive way.

Customer Support

At iDynamics, we believe your success is our success, so we are committed to providing the highest quality support to our customers.

You can log a support issue at any time using our e-mail support address or, if you prefer to speak to someone in person, you can contact us by telephone. Calls are charged at the standard UK rate, not premium rates, and there is no queuing system. You get straight through to a member of the support team as soon as the call is answered. Support is offered within normal UK business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
