The key to efficiently running your business is to maximise the use of resources whilst, at the same time, maintaining the service levels your customers require if they are to be encouraged to return on a regular basis. The large number of variables and differing user requirements makes this a difficult process to manage manually. Reztec keeps track of all resources with ease and presents them in such a way that nothing is compromised.

Using the resource availability viewer, you can quickly check availability and book resources. This easy-view feature helps you maximise the use of your resources. It highlights any double-bookings and displays available resources which can be put to alternative uses to generate additional revenue.

Resource information can be managed through the creation of templates (outlines) containing as much or as little information about the course/activity as required. To simplify the administration, any of the pre-stored templates can be used to allocate resource to an event or, alternatively, staff and resources can be individually booked to the event when needed.

Any of the resources can be grouped into ‘pools’. For example, you might require a pool of external instructors, a pool of training rooms or a pool of projectors. This method allows Reztec to allocate the most suitable resources based on the templates you have created. Resources can be taken from a pool or chosen individually.

All daily sheets, including course registers and event details, can be printed at the touch of a button. These are generated using document templates that can be tailored to reflect your own styles.
