Actions record ‘To Do’ items, which can be allocated to other users and have reminders set to flag when they are due. Allocate a priority, a type and then mark when completed. View actions for any user making sure nothing is overlooked due to illness or holiday. Hide them from view once finished, but you still maintain a history that can be quickly accessed.
