Training

Our training programmes are designed to ensure that you and your staff realise the full benefits of using Reztec as quickly as possible. Many staff are concerned when a new computer system is being installed, so our job is to show them that Reztec will make their lives easier, not harder.

Our training will concentrate on areas highlighted in the implementation plan. From this plan, we will draw up a customised training schedule designed specifically to introduce your staff to the functionality of the product in the most productive way.

As a result of feedback from our customers about new product features and additional functionality, Reztec is in continuous development. You are always kept up-to-date with the new features that are added every month but, from time to time, you may find it useful to have refresher training. Again, refresher training sessions are designed with you in mind and can cover the latest features as well as suggesting enhancements to existing ways of working to maximise efficiency.

Training sessions can be delivered on your own premises or at our training centre in Leeds.
