Berry Management enables you to manage every detail of the online bookings site in a way specifically tailored to meet your requirements.

Build your own courses by entering venue information, categories, event outlines and course details/graphics. Add in dates, start times and maximum places. Do you want a particular course displayed on the Home page? You decide when a course should become available for booking.

Store vital data about your booking owners and use these details for future marketing campaigns where appropriate. Utilise the CSV export functionality provided for mail merge and reporting purposes. By storing all details centrally, you can manage your contacts effectively.

View your booking history for a given time period by using the search tools available. To calculate total revenue received export this data to CSV for further manipulation. Use the Cancel functionality to remove delegates from a course and make the place(s) available to others. Fees are not refunded in Berry Management. All monies must be returned to customers using your chosen payment gateway.

Customising your Web Pages

The Berry Management application allows you to manage the page content within your online bookings site. Add your own Terms and Conditions of sale, your Privacy/Security Policy, generic contact information and corporate history details.

Email Notifications

When a customer has booked onto a course a confirmation email will be automatically sent out to the email address they have used to register. Similarly, an email to confirm that an order has been received will be sent to your Berry administrator. The content of these messages can be defined by you and may include all the necessary joining instructions and/or course details as appropriate.

Look and Feel

The look and feel of the website including font colours and background can be decided by you. Add your company logo and your support contact details to the online booking site in this section. Customise Berry using your corporate colours and graphics. Update your colour schemes to reflect special events or seasonal offers. Any changes made within these Look and Feel pages are immediately reflected in the live site.
