Hosting

Your online bookings site needs to be hosted on a Web server which has a high-speed connection to the Internet and is up-and-running 24/7. Owning such a server can be expensive and requires technical knowledge to maintain.

iDynamics can host your Web site on one of our eCommerce servers or, for the more performance-demanding systems, we can offer a dedicated server hosting service. We have secure and scalable hosting facilities at our data centre located within Harbour Exchange in London's Docklands.

Secure Trading Environment

Let iDynamics protect your online data transactions by implementing industry-recommended Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates on your site. These annually renewable certificates provide you with the security of knowing that your data is not being exposed to undesirable sources, whilst providing your customers with the visual assurance of the browser security padlock and 1024-bit data encryption.

For those who wish to implement online payment, iDynamics will also ensure that any credit card transactions are processed by a reputable third party online payment gateway.

• After completing the booking reservations, your customer goes to the checkout page where the order details are displayed and the customer chooses a payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc)
• The customer then enters their credit card details which are encrypted to prevent interception
• Berry compiles this payment information and submits it to the relevant credit card payment processor (payment gateway)
• The payment gateway then identifies the credit card company and requests payment
• The credit card company validates the details and, if correct, informs the payment gateway that the amount can be transferred
• The payment gateway acknowledges successful payment via Berry and initiates a funds transfer for deposit into your bank account

You can log a support issue at any time using our e-mail support address or, if you prefer to speak to someone in person, you can contact us by telephone. Calls are charged at the standard UK rate, not premium rates, and there is no queuing system. You get straight through to a member of the support team as soon as the call is answered. Support is offered within normal UK business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
