South Cerney Outdoor Education Centre Established in the 1970s, South Cerney Outdoor Education Centre offers mainly water-based activities and is run for the Children and Young People’s Department of Gloucestershire County Council. They run residential and non-residential courses and are open for use by adults and out of county groups.
